December 2, 2008 at 11:45 pm #135883Hi
Does anyone use the Kayako Support Suite? Im trying to integrate it into the template.
What i want to do is scrap the Kayako header and use the header and footer of the JA template.
If anyones tried this then please let me know.
In the mean time can someone point out the start and finish point to the header of JA template & the footer of the JA template.
this will help me a lot with me intergration.
🙂

December 5, 2008 at 9:37 am #281393Hi rhys_daniels !
You login to admin :
– On right panel , you select Templates >> Manager template
– In Template Categories List , you select general
– A list templates of general category drop down, you select header and footer to edit it.
the best way is copy html code from JA template paste to header and footer of kayako.1 user says Thank You to Sherlock for this useful post

Im having trouble following your information with the path described to find the header and footer.
Im using joomla 1.5 and took a look in template manager but still no joy

December 24, 2008 at 5:10 pm #283963Proved to be a little difficult to implement the JA Header & Footer into Kayako.
Easier solution was to delete the header and footer in Kayako and then use the “Wrapper” module pointing the URL to your helpdesk directory.
Just make sure on the wrapper not to have scrollbars and to have it auto fit. 🙂
