I bought the Kulanite template 1.5 and I paid for the installation because I didn’t have time to installed. Well, they did it and after trying to comunicate, not response. So here are my problems

Problem:
-The wrapper module doesn’t work and all the web site dissappear going to http:///
– There is not contact us form. So I put it and all the web site disappear to a http:/// (white page)
-I disabled these two, now the problem is that the web site doesn’t allow me to add more items on the main menu and link them to it. Not wrapper, NOt contact us,
-When I add the item and try to link it to the article the template dissapear.

Any ideas how to fix that

Give me the ticket number you got regarding the paid installation and i will check up on it.

The Search Engine Friendly URLs in the global configuration is creating part of the problem but I couldn’t
fix the contact us part = no mails going out
(Your template doesn’t have contact us form either)

Thank you for checking it out.

But, when you sent the emai there are two or message at the top of the form saying that it couldn’t be initializaded as well as the normal thank you for contacting us.

but also when you submit a link, the module doesn’t work. Even with the demo template installed.

Sorry for bother you too much but normally I don’t have this situations.

I tough that the problem was the server but I installed the old version and works normal

Anyways, I appreciate you help in this matter.
