    Hello,

just as the title says, will there be an update for Kunena 4.0?
Right now, the new default template Crypsis looks strange if selected.

    Best Regards

The templates for Kunena 3 *should* work with Kunena 4. No need to modify a JART Template. Reuse the old template.

There will be 2 templates to choose in the Kunena settings, the old “Blue Eagle” and the new default bootstrap template called “Crypsis”.

With Crypsis and Purity III (or any other Joomlart templates i guess) there have to be done some css adjustments to make it work properly.

It is the Kunena Template that must be modified to work with ANY template not just a JoomlArt template.

As with a NEW VERSION of any Extension it is best to wait until a Long Term Support Version is released.

This is better discussed within the Kunena Forum.

Thanks for following up on the Purity III/Kunena compatibility issues both here and on the Kunena forums, very grateful for your active questioning. 🙂

I think the only thing we can do for now is wait for the Kunena team to release the Bootstrap 3 compatible Crypsis template… perhaps tomorrow if we are lucky…

When it does arrive, perhaps we can “swap notes” if there are still CSS issues?

    All the best,

    Jethro.

    Hey @jethro,
sure we can compare notes with each other. Guess there are always some css adjustments needed 😉

    Cheers
