Actually Ja_Nex template are using registration form for Kunena taking it from K2 component
so if you want have this in other languages you first need to install your new language for joomla
then install the translation pack for K2 from here and install it through your joomla extension manager
After done that your registration form take settings from joomla site
Example You need your registration form in French language ? Install the French language pack for joomla then from joomla language manager enable French as default language then go to K2 download and install the french translation for k2
