    Hello.

I installed the template JA Moviemax which also offers a template for Kunena.

My version of Kunena is 5 and I can not install this template.

I did an installation with the kunena interface and this one tells me that the file template.xml is missing. So I did a manual installation by dropping the folder, but nothing appears in my administrator interface.

    An idea ?

    Thank you.

    Hello.

I finally install kunena 4 because visibly the template is not compatible with version 5 of the forum.

But impossible to have the same visual as on your site demo … I really do not understand anything, I need help.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

JA Moviemax is ready for Kunena 5 already. You can share the credentials of your site: URL, Admin + FTP account, I will check for you.

    Hello.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Indeed you are right, your template is compatible with kunena 5. However I did not find anything in the documentation that explains how to do.

To apply the style sheet, you must go through the administration and select the template. Then there is an "Addon" tab. In order to apply the style sheet, you must add all the proposed links in Template Extended styles / Kunena.

    Thank you,

    Cedric J

    Hi Cedric,

There are 2 important settings you should notice:

    • Set ‘Crypsisb3’ as default template for Kunena: http://prntscr.com/g19s9e (Admin panel > Components > Kunena > Templates)

    • Load extend styles of JA Moviemax for Kunena: http://prntscr.com/g19som (Admin panel > Extensions > Templates > JA Moviemax > Add-ons tab > select the pages you want to load style for Kunena or simply select All pages)

    Regards

Is this suppose to look like the Demo pages because I followed these instructions and it does not look like the Demo Pages at all. It looks like default Kunena template Crypsisb3.

I edited to menu bar with custom CSS but the Demo Page for Moviemax looks way better than what I did.

    Hi,

Make sure that you select the pages you want to load extended style for Kunena via: Admin panel > Extensions > Templates > JA Moviemax > Add-ons tab: http://prntscr.com/h1nus7

Yeah, we have it set-up the way you have shown. It’s just never shown like the demo shows, it looks like default Kunena.
