Kunena Template is not working with Kunena 1.6. I want to use JA Sulfur for my site with Kunena. Can someone please help in providing me the template for Kunena 1.6.
Help is much appreciated. This is my first post and I joined Joomla Art primarily for Sulfur.

September 25, 2010 at 5:33 am #356630Kunena 1.6 is still in the delopment stage so developing a template for it is probably not high on the priority list.
Having said that I am using Kunena so am interested in what problem you are experiencing. Can you detail what is not working and a link to your site please?
September 29, 2010 at 6:15 am #357029I have installed Kunena 1.6 and that has an independent Template Manager. If I copy the sulfur Kunena Template to the respective components directory that does not show up as a template for me to choose.
What is the fix to this problem. Please help me out someone as I need to launch my website by the end of next week and I am badly struck here.

September 29, 2010 at 6:40 am #357032If it is that urgent it may be best to use Kunena 1.5.x. The 1.6 release of Kunena is not really meant for live sites yet anyway.
October 14, 2010 at 6:28 pm #359009Now that the stable 1.6 Release of Kunena is out, are there any plans to upgrade the template?

October 14, 2010 at 7:30 pm #359015The Kunena team have already come up with an excellent template that will work really well with Sulfur – http://www.kunena.com/forum/170-k-16-templates-and-design/63307-kunena-16-template-skinner-preview
It adjusts to use the Joomla templates own css so with a very simple change of the images the forum kan be made to fit your template in just a few minutes.
October 28, 2010 at 12:10 pm #360900As I am not a developer thats why I am taking your services. I dont have any knowledge of HTML so am unable to do the changes suggested by you all by myself. Please update the template as this was specifically meant to work with Kunena

October 28, 2010 at 12:24 pm #360902There are currently no plans to develop a Kunena 1.6 template afaik. Yes this was meant to work with Kunena and still does. The template system Kunena use has changed substantially, something that JA or anyone else could never have predicted when Sulfur was released. Continue to use Kunena 1.5 and you will be fine.
