I am quite dissapointed for the lack of service and support.
I just signed up for membership … and posted a couple questions throught the Support Ticket System. Howerver, it is taking very long get a useful response. The first response I got on each issue was very short, and not clear. So I asked again to clarify … about 12 hours ago … and so far no answer.
I´ve posted
Ticket ID: TIC-175815
Subject: Source File missing XML installation file
Department: Technical
Priority: Urgent
Status: OpenAND
Ticket ID: CVW-521610
Subject: Quesiton / Documentation on JA TELLINE-III
Department: Technical
Priority: Urgent
Status: Open… GOT a partial response … and replied … and so far no response.
I have other Tickets … but still no answer !
Please help so I may get the answers I need in order to get the sw installed and I´ll be able to proceed with development.
I got prompt response on my pre-sales inquiry … and now that I´ve paid membership, I don´t get same quality of support.
Pls help.

April 20, 2010 at 9:25 am #340898Dear paellas,
I checked both the tickets you have mentioned above in your post. All your tickets / replies have been replied by the team within 12 hrs of your post and replies, rather some replies within less than 2 hrs also. As a last resort even offered skype contact to help you out. Please note that the current Reply time is 24 hrs, you have been replied back very well.
It would be unfair to say that the support went bad as compared with pre-sales enquiry. :p
Source files are PSD files >> cannot be installed in Joomla!, they are provided so that you can edit them and customize the template elements.
Anyways. The problem is that, you are new to JoomlArt and seems to be lost. and also went for Teline III template, which at times can drive newbies crazy. Documentations are provided in the respective forums.
I can help you with the JA template and basic stuff in and around JA products. Please check your PM box for my skype contact.
Regards
Arvind

Thank You for your comments. You are absolutely right … I got excellent support from Hoang Dat … and as you mentioned all tickets were attended.
My mistake: I assumed you were based in the USA … withing my business hours time-zone … and now I realize you are in India an Hoang Dat is at Hong-Kong´s Time Zone.
I look forward to learn more about the TELINE-III Template, how zones works, etc… so I appreciate your comments, help and advice.

Paellas. I think you have been getting EXELENT SUPPORT 🙂
Its hard when you are no ninja at this php, html and css.
What you also need to understand is that its a very small price you have paid for the template.
For this price joomlart helps you with things, problems and changes that would cost you 30 $ pr change easyly.Sometimes if you problem is not resolved for days and days, you can provide the login information and joomlart staff will accualy fix it for you.
Please think of this as a very good deal, remember there will be language problems in the communication 2 🙂
Damm im thread bumping 🙁
And here I thougth I was helping out hahaha, sorry 🙂 -
