Since yesterday, I am unable to install the French language. the latest version of joomla can no longer connect to the server to install the search language ???

Languages installation is not a template feature but a Joomla core feature, we are also not aware of a bug related to languages installation for the 3.6.0 release,
you can post your question on Joomla.org so Joomla support team help you to fix this bug .
Or you can install the language pack manually via Joomla installer .
