Hi,
I suggest that you just install the latest version (it will update even if it’s the same) no need to uninstall and reinstall again!

I have checked the language files and there are some items missing. those tags should be added to en-GB.com_jacomment.ini file.

this should solve your problem.

<blockquote>JOMSOCIAL_ACTIVITI_STREAM_TITLE_COMMENT_NEW_ITEM = ‘New Comments'</blockquote>

edit the “New Comments” as what you want there to be.

instead of uninstalling, try this first.

Hi there,
Please wanna write some extra tips:
– If you need any update language UNDER JomSocial please update into file en-GB.com_community.ini
– If you need any update language UNDER JA Comment please check into en-GB.com_jacomment.ini

Any string , also activity streaming added into JomSocial via 3rd plugin and using translate-able const should / need update into JomSocial language file too.
In case you don’t want to do that, you can do via plugin 🙂
Please let’s me if you still have trouble.

You guys are awesome! I just found out about this one:
JOMSOCIAL_ACTIVITI_STREAM_TITLE_REMOVE_COMMENT

When I delete a comment, this looks very ugly on the news feed. I would prefer for nothing to even show up when I delete a comment. Any guidance on that?

Now you should add this string to language file.

did you see the bold & red area ? leave it as it is and nothing will show up. tell us if this solved your problem. 🙂
