The following post recently provided a solution to an issue this template had with installing languages.

Though it provides a file to help finally install languages, it may not have resolved the issue 100% as none of the language overrides are working.

The following bug-report could be helpful in advancing a more complete resolution:

Hi Sobe
The previous issue is for the Joomla language installation in the quickstart package .
For override, this doesn’t belong to the same bug .
Can u provide your site Details via Private reply , with complete details of data that you want to override and does not changes ?
So that i can check this problem on your site .
