Did u create menu , Module , template style ,article and category for each language ? since your site is multilanguage .
Also you have to enable system language filter in the plugins .

Now my site can switch to second language. But main menu is gone. And I set module position to "mainnave". Is it right or wrong?

I created for all. Maybe something wrong. When I set menu to other position my site work fine. Can you guide me to fix this problem ?

if you have each template style for each language you can select mega menu in that .
