2 weeks ago, I download the package, installed Quickstart Package, Language switch is work.
but 2 days ago, when I download the new package and installed in Joomla3.3, It’s not work for me.

For your
as for your second question, do you want to change the “OUR SERVICE” text, above the articles?
If so, you need to go to Module Manager and change it through the Masshead Module

A thorough documentation about Masshead Module can be found here

But, if you want to change the article’s introtext, you can change it via the article manager.
