content languages are enabled
bing credentials are established and enabledI’ve reviewed the video and cannot find a mistake that I”ve made.

April 22, 2014 at 5:01 am #531872JA Hawkstore template does not have module position named “languageswitched”, so you need assign module to another position instead.
You can check what module positions are supported in any Joomla template by adding “tp=1” parameter in query string of url as follows.
http://urbansuitejazz.com/en/?tp=1In your case, you can assign it to the “head-search” position.

April 22, 2014 at 5:18 pm #531977Hello,
Thank you for information.
1. I’ve changed the to the head search position, unpublished the search module, cleared the cache.
2. The languageswitcher load module still is not showing up.
A. I placed it on the sidebar 1 position to check… and if I enable a dropdown…. a box will show but not with flags.
3. When I click the translate button I get this error code:
ACS50012: Authentication failed. Trace ID: b1b50d67-7e10-46dd-ab20-745663e2e2 Correlation ID: 2117bf17-2cac-45e1-992b-1114bd1afc Timestamp: 2
‘m just trying to get it to display the same as it is on the Ja Hawkstore demo template.
Please advise

April 24, 2014 at 3:08 am #532190I just checked your site back-end, you have no translation menu so menu language switcher won’t be displayed. Actually, your site needs to have default menu item for each language to display.
Regarding the issue.
<blockquote>ACS50012: Authentication failed. Trace ID: b1b50d67-7e10-46dd-ab20-745663e2e2 Correlation ID: 2117bf17-2cac-45e1-992b-1114bd1afc Timestamp: 2</blockquote>As the error message was returned from Bing Translate service, the Bing credentials you used seem incorrect.
Please update the correct one before running translation.
You can refer to this guide to get Bing API:

April 26, 2014 at 2:07 pm #532552Thank you much for your reply…
1. I’ll recheck the Bing Api details.
2. Where’s the documentation for how to properly program the translation menu? What are the steps? I didn’t
find this on the video or other written documentation.A. Perhaps I’m missing something but when I create a new menu…I see no option to link to Ja translating component.
Please advise,
