Hi,
I want to add a taller logo to the header but can’t find where the are is defined. I created a new logo thats taller than the default one and when i upload it, it cuts off any area thats bigger than the default size. Is it defined in CSS or the index.php file? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It is defined in your css file. Search this selector:
#ja-header h1
