Hi,
installing latest demo of JA-Directory, tells me to update these packages, in ja extension manager to see everything properly updated.

Hi
I just downloaded the fresh quickstart package and installed it on my localhost . I have no issue with updates .
Everything already upto date . http://prntscr.com/az9qki
If you have older package i suggest you to install fresh package .
Or you can update the JA Extension via JA Extension manager component .

I used Quickstar last 3 times I downloaded, even made to control by JA EXTENSION management and gives me all ok, but always remains alert to update.
example images to JA extension only template,
but all is ok for all of JA packages:
