I’m totally lost here… The top menu is working fine EXCEPT for the last link called “English info”. When you point here nothing happens… All the other links are working fine…

Have any of you heard about this before?

It does work but as you say not properly…If you just catch the bottom edge the mouse over finger does appear…still not right though
