    I just noticed that the site I’m working on is only showing “T3_DATE_FORMAT_LASTUPDATE” instead of the actual time. It worked before and the only change that I made in relations to this function (as far as I know) is that I included the translation for the term “Last update” in the template’s language file.

    Anybody have any clue what could be going on? Or at least where to look for the cause?

    In which file did you include the transaltion code. May i know what is the code you have inserted.

    Hi Chavan,

    I inserted the line “LAST UPDATE=Letztes Update” in the file “de-DE.tpl_ja_teline_iv.ini” in the language>de-DE folder (which is the folder for the german language files. The file de-DE.tpl_ja_teline_iv.ini is a copy of the english version that was included with the template.

    But I figured out just now that I had made an update to the JA T3 framework (with the JA Extension Manager) last week from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4 – I made a rollback right now and the correct time is shown again. So right now the template is working correctly again but only as long as I don’t update. So it would still be important to figure out where the problem is in order to be able to make future upgrades…

    Thanks,

    Clemens

    While that may come in handy when needed, I am sorry but I don’t see how that relates to my problem – my problem is that when I upgrade the JA T3 framework from version 1.2.3 to 1.2.4 the display of the “Last Update” time stops working and shows only the tag “T3_DATE_FORMAT_LASTUPDATE” instead of the actual time when the last update was made.

    Me too, i’ve the same problem. T3_DATE_FORMAT_LASTUPDATE appears on my site.
    Please provide code to solve this errors. JA TELINE IV have many many bugs in Joomla 1.6, i’m totally disappointed with this template.

    I have the same problem.
    After I updated JA T3 framework from 1.2.3 to 1.2.5 Last Update shows: Last update T3_DATE_FORMAT_LASTUPDATE
    Where should I change to display the date instead T3_DATE_FORMAT_LASTUPDATE?

    Hi noinu

    I fixed your problem. I added a line into administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_system_jat3.ini

    T3_DATE_FORMAT_LASTUPDATE=%d/%m/%Y %H:%M

    Have a nice day! 🙂
