The module to the top right on the homepage (Latest News Module) which I have enabled to display the latest news and most popular news is not functioning properly in Safari. The 2 buttons at the top that allow a user to choose between latest and popular are not showing up.

This only happens in Safari. Does anyone have any ideas why?

(I have Safari 3.1.1)

I’m using safari 2.04 and it looks great! compared with firefox and both are identical after loading..

some issues on dialup (bangladesh) with initial load.. looked like the stacking was off but worked great after rotation.

love your site by the way… tabs and newscat work well together..

hmm.. i’ve checked on another computer too and i’m still not seeing those image buttons load. has anyone else viewed this page in safari?

I tested it also and it only happens in Safari 3.1. There must be a problem with this version because it works in earlier versions of Safari. I have no idea what would be causing this though.

Yeah it’s very strange. Firefox and Safari usally go hand in hand with errors, but not in this case. I’ll look at the code of the module and see if I can find any areas that might not be Safari friendly.
