I am using T3 (JA Biz) and default layout with Sidebar1 on left and main on right (article) .
I am using sidebar1 for showing secondary menu.
When I resize window (like small screen), layout changes, so article is top and sidebar1 in the bottom.
I would like to have sidebar1 on top and then main under (article)

I’ve had to do a similar sort of thing. The way that I’ve dealt with it is to use a layout that has the module position shown in two different layout locations depending on the responsive size it is in. For example, if the menu module is shown in the left sidebar at full screen, add another location to your layout file and assign that same position to that location. Then in the responsive settings, turn one on and the other off in the different sizes.
