I have just installed the JA-Social Template and have noticed that if I use the “default-left-content-right” layout, in wide / default view modes, the following happens when you turn Sidebars On / Off

    1. Both Sidebars On – works as Expected
    2. Sidebar-1 On 2 Off – Works as Expected
    3. Sidebar 1 OFF SIdebar 2 On – Sidebar 2 appears under the Content Block
    4. Both Sidebars OFF – Works as Expected

All other Layouts work correctly for turning off Sidebar-1

As All layouts except “default-left-content-right” have the Sidebar 1 Under the “content-mass-top” block, I compared the two block php files

    main-body-right-content-left.php

    Under the $Layout_config

    • “one_sidebar1” – Default setting first span shows “Span12”
    • “one_sidebar2” – Default setting first span shows “Span9”

    main-body-left-content-right.php

    Under the $Layout_config

    • “one_sidebar1” – Default setting first span shows “Span9”
    • “one_sidebar2” – Default setting first span shows “Span9”

I then changed the “one_sidebar2” setting to Span12 in this file and the template now works.

Can this issue be rectified in next version release please.;)

    1. Changed-mainbody-default-left-content-right.php-file-which-now-displays-correctly
    2. Original-left-content-right-with-Span9-in-one_sidebar2-position
    3. Changed-php-Span9-to-Span12-for-one-sidebar2-Result
    4. default-left-content-right.php-file
    5. default-right-content-left.php-file
