I have checked every setting but the issue is not found in the template, It would be helpful if you can provide me .jpa format backup copy of site or install it on a test domain because i have to replace the template files to troubleshoot this issue on your site.
If its a test site i can proceed on this site.

I shared this issue with the development team to look on this as I am not able to replicate this issue with Joomla3.7.3 with JA Healthcare template.

The issue has been fixed on your site. Its due to you cloned the template amd it changed the template prefix.
Please check your site now.
