i checked your site it looks fine , The different layouts have different style , like in gallery view you have some padding around the images . Please take a look on the demo site and see it will be same .

For the Typo tools in articles , if you do not want to show them , you can hide them from the template options .
Here is doc on this .

Can I force a "padding-right: 30px" to all articles, like I mannualy did on: http://sindfaz.org.br/index.php/noticias/679-sindicatos-anunciam-greve-dos-bancarios-em-todo-pais

I would like to pad-left the title either…
