September 20, 2014 at 9:11 am #201473h, if i view my site with IE8 then is the Layout complete a mess. :(( hope someone could help me to figure out step by step what cause the issue. IE 11 works perfect and in IE 10 and IE 9 its’s ok for now but with IE 8 i get a complete mess!

September 22, 2014 at 7:50 am #550352Your template version 1.0.3, you should try to take a backup of your site and upgrade to the latest version 1.1.0, which has many fixes for IE 8.

There are many issues occur with this browser but never happen in new modern ones such as Chrome, Firefox, IE 11 , etc. You can recommend visitors to upgrade IE or choose another browsers to have better experience when visiting your site.

You can update our templates and extensions by using our JA Extension Manager
1. Component >> Ja Extension Manager
2. Tab: Configuration >> Save
3. Tab: Service Manager >> Set Joomlart Update as default >> Edit Joomlart Update >> Enter your joomlart username and password
4. Tab: Extenesions >> Check update your templatesRemember to Backup your site before making any change

hi Eragon, i have upgraded to 1.1.0 but it dos not change anything for my layout issues! i think that JA Social Template do not work very well with IE8,9,10!?

September 24, 2014 at 5:30 pm #550641As I said before, There are many issues occur with these outdated IE versions but never happen in new modern ones such as Chrome, Firefox, IE 11 , etc. This occurs many sites, not only JA Social
Anyway, your site looks much better in IE8 and looks nice in IE 9
