Hi,
I upgraded to Joomla 3.6.4 and installed the new Teline V files, which should be compatible, but I got some strange layout issues in acm, firstpage, please see attached image.

Why is this? Any ideas?

Did u updated template, T3 plugin and ACM module to latest version too ?
Also, i am getting this error when i access your site : http://prntscr.com/dedisc

Yeah, I did. T3 plugin is 2.6.1 and I did also download the latest ACM (mod_ja_acm.v2.1.1.zip) and installed it.

We had some setback with the upgrade, but now you should be able to see the site at tidningenkulturen.se

It also need to update the template to the latest version .
You can update the template to the latest version and if the issue is still present then send me a temp super user site details using Private reply .
I will check it directly on your site .
