I used the quickstart zip to get the site going, haven’t changed hardly anything in the template yet, but the layout panel won’t show up:

Of course support is taking hours to get back to me.

Hi there

Check if in your joomla main folder you have a file like index.html or home.html, main folder should contain only joomla files .
