    Hi,

    1. t3_bs3_blank problem:

    I use t3_bs3_blank,
I test on my PC , using chrome, firefox, IE browser , all works fine.

But some users told me that they couldn’t see layout correctly,
They could only view “extra small” responsive layout , even they used desktop, not mobile phone.

It should be like this on PC,

and this on mobile phone. (but some user view this on PC)

I found that this happen in IE browser,
if users use IE 11, some are OK, some are not.
but if they use IE 10, it’s always wrong.

I reinstalled the t3_bs3_blank template, and I also try to change template to Purity III,
    but still not solved.

    2. is there conflict between with t3_bs3_blank and content builder extension?

When user use IE browser and view content builder page, IE crash.
but if I change to other JA template, content builder work fine.

    After some test.
I found that t3_bs3_blank do have wrong layout view on IE8~IE10 browser.
It displays “extra small” layout on desktop IE browser .

Did you try to enable Optimize CSS in template manager? Since the IE browser limits the number of CSS files loaded, some css files might not be called which causes the broken layout.

From screenshot you attached above, I guess that the problem comes from the Browser mode and Document mode in IE browser of your PC, please change it to the default settings of IE version in your PC, it will work well then.

If you want to test in IE, please use the original version instead of using compatible mode as sometimes, it doesn’t come up with expected result.

Because of some web applications (webmail, official document,….) of my university, the users using IE must set compatible mode.

It means that all users on our campus couldn’t have right view in IE if I use T3V3 template.
So I need to change template to T3V2.:((:((:((

I’m sorry but as I mentioned above, using that compatible mode will break the layout of your site and it’s recommend to use default standard mode of original version of IE browser installed in your PC.

After I restored my all backups.
I found that there is one (T3 framework v 2.1.1 with t3_bs3_blank v2.1.1) works fine in IE compatible mode.
    My site’s T3V3 framework is v 2.1.3 , t3_bs3_blank is 2.1.3 now.
    but after I remove t3v3 framework3.1.3 and t3_bs_blank 2.1.3
    and install t3v3 v2.1.1, t3_bs_blank 2.1.1 ,
IE with compatibility view mode is still wrong.

How to reinstall and back to v2.1.1 correctly?

    Thanks
