I just fixed the problem directly on your site. Here is my steps:

+ Open the templates/ja_fubix/css/template.css file

Change

.top-content .top-slideshow {
float: left;
width: 461px;
}

To

.top-content .top-slideshow {
float: left;
width: 560px;
}

+ Go to Admin -> Extensions -> Template Manager -> JA Slideshow module -> Profile setting -> Change Main Item width from 461 to 561

The gap on your site gets solved, please check and let me know if it helps.
