I use the Teline template with the default layout. The question is is there any way to move the top black menu under the Logo? I want this in order to put other module to the place where the top black menu is

Also the two modules columns (left and right modules) are together positioned at the right of the page. Is there any way to move the left column to the left of the page and leave only the right column to the right of the page?

All of your requests require that you edit the index.php and template css file. This will require an advanced understanding of not only php, but css as well.
