Hello everyone,

The problem I’m having is that I cannot change the Handheld, Iphone, and Android settings. When I click on the dropdown box to select the option I want – part of the box can’t be seen so the only options I see is the one for “default” and “disabled”.

I have had this issue with other templates I’m trying out as well. Is there something I can do to fix this? I’ve attached an image so you can see the issue I’m having.

Because JA Puresite Template is responsive template and it will automatically scale your site when it views in different device resolution. You don’t need to set the config Handheld, Iphone, and Android settings option that’s reason why we disabled it from Admin template.

If you want to show select it, this way will help you to do that

Open templates/ja_puresite/templateDetails.xml file

From

<option for="all" value="disable" hideRow="false">setting_menu, iphone_layout, handheld_layout, android_layout</option>

Change

<option for="all" value="disable" hideRow="false">setting_menu</option>

Thank you Ninja Lead.

I just updated to the new t3 plugin and it doesn’t seem to be compatible with Puresite. I am temporarily using the t3 blank template until Puresite is updated but your answer helped.
