http://www.yastech.com and select about joomla menu item and this is only happening in IE and in FF it works fine.

Hmmm…
Well actually it breaks in FF as well…if you look at the Remember Me, the little input checkbox should not be pushed down below Remember me.

Have you tried to see what happens if you disable the Captcha function.
My first guess, or where I would look first, is there. Try disabling it and see if there are changes.
