Having trouble with the left column being pushed down when displaying the FireBoard component. I understand that JA does not support FireBoard, but I cannot find an answer in the FireBoard forum or the JA forum. Please take a look at the site and advise if you have any recommendations. Thanks.

March 8, 2008 at 5:11 pm #241687Try to change fireboard themplate and see if that helps out,or try to unpublish the banner module on the fireboard link?
March 8, 2008 at 7:34 pm #241691Thanks for the response.
I ran the FireBoard component through all of the template versions with the banner module disabled for the entire site. No luck.
I’ve left it with the default FireBoard template and Banners turned off if you want to take another look.

March 8, 2008 at 8:09 pm #241692Have you done any other modifications to the template other than what you said?Try to put some original Joomla modules in left position and see if the problem still there
March 9, 2008 at 4:32 pm #241731I appreciate the advice. I have tried every combination of modules “off” and “on” that I can think of including the original Joomla modules. In the past I have successfully solved this type of conflict with other modules and other templates, but this one has me stumped.
To be sure that I have not modified something and forgot about it I will start replacing in the original template files.
I can make FireBoard work well in a wrapper (this will be my backup solution).
Thanks Menalto

I reloaded a rochea template on a testing server and reloaded all of the modules and components from scratch. I then loaded the FireBoard component and it worked perfectly. I must have edited something that threw the design out of alignment.
I have since reloaded my template and all is working perfectly. Thanks to Menalto for the guidance and thanks to Joomlart for their solid template work.
