In the JA Rutile template, is it possible to change the font size of the left menu modules without changing the rest of the font sizes?

any help will be appreciated

I think you could you create a new module style then assign it to all th left modules you wanted to have that larger font.

but any idea where I can find a tutorial on how to do that?

not sure about a tutorial, but in the template.css (or color.css depending on the color you are using) you can copy one of the module styles (like all the CSS for moduletable _hilite) and then change the name and edit the font size. Or just use one that is already there only for that side, and change it.
