We are using “left-main-right.round” layout. But on top of the left part there is an extra “head” of the rounded outline. What is wrong with it? The live url is http://www.dexen.biz.

Source code of your page tells that you have published Module with ID number 33 on this position.
Take a look in your module list and unpublish this module.
