Please HELP!!
Your templates are great but it seems a bit tricky converting my current site
to your templates. Not sure why that is, but the first problem is

On all my “Content Short Description pages” the left and right menu gets pushed
down to below the content. My other pages seems to be fine.
How can I stop that from happening?

I tried it with JA Zeolite, JA Pyro, JA Rasite, JA Selani

JA Oces v 1.1.0 or 1.1.3, does not install at all

1. Website Name = http://www.southerncircle.com
2. This problem is only occuring with Joomla 1.5.11 standard Sections,Categories and Articles
3. Joomla Version = Joomla 1.5.11
4. This is a fresh install, No changes made yet.

first thing I would do is update Joomla to v 18 instead of Version 11
see if that makes a difference before going further

Hello, Zeolite works very well …
This last problem is undoubtedly due to the fact that some SEO aliases are exactly alike and this creates a conflict …

Thanx for the reply. I will upgrade to the latest version. Unpublish SEF and give it another try.
Sadly it it hometime for us now. Seeing that this is a “live” site I will have to set it back to the original template, and give it another attempt tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply.
I have upgraded to Joomla 1.5.18, as recommended.
I have also un-publish SEF links as suggested.
I did run fresh tests and this is happening on all the templates that I tested on.
JA_Pyro, JA_Rasite, JA_Seleni, JA_Zeolite.

I am trying to look at my own site, and what could possibly cause this. If this problem
occurs on every template then it is clear that you will not sell any templates.
The question remains, Why does it happen on my system?
I also did unpublish my http://www.shape5.com template modules, but it made no difference.
I point out again that this is “Standard Joomla Content Articles Short Description”

Has anybody else come across this problem.
Unfortunately I am running a live site and can not leave the template active.
I have included 2 images to demonstrate the problems.

Thanks again for the help, and I trust that we will find a solution for this.

Hi Ignatius,

I’ve checked with “Standard Joomla Content Articles Short Description” and then everything is ok. BTW, I think your problem come from an extra plugin or module, Pls consider to try to disable plugins to check the problem. If you need to check something, our live demo is located here: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_zeolite
If you still could not resolve that problem please turn on that template back and I will be check it for you on your live site. (You may need to setup a mirror site in subdirectory to prevent problem affect on your main live site)
