    Hello

I’ve brought up this question in the VM forums as I believe it to belong there rather than in the joomlArt forum, but since I did grab the Mesolite quickstart here and you seem to be very helpful I might as well give it a shot.

I used a lot of VM add-ons for VM 1.0x in joomla 1.0x that I would like to use on my new joomla 1.5.8 site with VM 1.1.2. A lot of those add-ons, like a Direct Deposit payment solution and a complete VM pricelist requires Legacy mode plugin to be activated.

When I do activate Legacy mode I get the problem in VM Order list – all the order dates display gibberish instead of valid days and months. The year and time does display right, but it can’t handle the weekdays and month.

The same gibberish is displayed in frontend for the users if they are to view their order history, so I really can’t run with legacy mode on.

I hope that someone can find a solution to this as I would really need to activate Legacy mode. Another option would be if some kind soul could point in the right direction to find another Direct Deposit payment solution.

The requirement is only that you can enter your banking detail, they are displayed on checkout, and e-mailed with the confirmation e-mail.

    Your help is much appreciated!

PS. The Mesolite template is really awesome. DS.

Hainn may be right with this, only issue I know is that in the VM Forums, you often get no help. There is also no helpdesk like here or support ticket systems. I would say rather try it at Joomla.org. There may be more users that know or can help. The VM Developers built on freelancers that can handle such issues for the users but barely keep up own support in the forums etc..

When all that does not work, try a freelancer like from Joomlancers.com. This is from my experience the only way, as soon you need changes to be done or errors to be fixed that are not click and solve.

    Much success anyway!
