i have to many problem in themes

to may email to fix some small thinks they answer me us firebug , can some body from joomlaar what the premium support mean??

and what is covered ???

i send vedio for problem and they answer me use firebug look at video and did this answer was correct???

why we pay?? to use this thinks in our business if you don’t like help people its ok, and i meat this problem when some body see i am using this themes for churches if you don’t like sell to religious website ask before you get money

we wana know just because from 3 month i didn’t get any answer all the answer was do it your self and that is not nice.

Did they offer you tips and resources for you to look at and learn from toward trying to fix the problem?

In my opinion, it’s not the role of the JA Team to fix/solve every problem FOR you – unless there is a global issue bug in a template that requires fixing. Rather, the JA Team and Community (for the most part) are here as support and guides to help us all learn and further develop our skills and overall knowledge-base in working within the Joomla template environment.

the problem is I’m try to make many change in the JA_TILINE III template and that change dos’t show in the theme i clear cash and every thing

i change font size for main menu

2 many thing and i install the template 3 time is the same and i asked about help to many time just the answer was use firebug ??

anyway another problem in JA_RAVE the menu give ???? marks in arabic luggage and this template support RTL and only this template had this problem no body answer me

i don’t know

finally look at my template and see the main page ja news how is looking some body really help me heh

Have you made any change or customization to the template? I have just made a quickstart installation of the latest version of JA Teline III v2 here http://www.joomweb.com/telineiiiv2/?direction=rtl&profile=default

And as you see, we can not duplicate the problem you are having.

To help us to hep you, kindly provide in details your steps before getting problem. If you have done the customization, try to use JA Extension Manager to compare your changed files with the latest files from JoomlArt server. You can back up everything, undo your changes one by one to see where things went wrong

If this is a clean quickstart, then you need to provide your FTP and hosting information, our support team can only inspect the problem if they can have access to your files and (maybe) database.

And if you have new content updated into the site, always make sure they are content items with clean HTML codes.

The ???? issue could in all likelyhood be the encoding in your database. Try with a different template and see what you get? If you also get problems with arabic character then check the encoding with phpmyadmin. Google is your friend with problems like this. I tried a quick search so I could better explain your problem. i have the problem just with ja_rave manu , the temlate working with arabic will but just ??? Marks is in menu and i am using the same encoding for all joomlart temlate and i never have this problem

here is what i am using

for color

i tried many time to chang theme color not changing

ok for sure i will re install the temlates jarave and ja resite iii and i will let you know
