I have purchased a developers licence. I have listed the domain name of the website I am creating for clients as per your licence conditions . I usually create the sites for my clients on a subdirectory of their domain. Will this cause any licence problems as it can sometimes take 6 weeks to complete (due to heavy workloads) before I make the site live.

You only need to add a domain to the licensed list once the website is live.
