The issue is caused by Payplan component, thus employer can not access the menu http://www.stepstostage.com/index.php/jobs/form.html if that account is not in PayPlan subscriptions.

That means there is missing itemId in the result page. Please check with none SEF and let me know how it goes.

I’m not following what that means a missing item I’d.

Also is there a way to make everyone post an opportunity or it only can be those who select company at sign up?
Or this has to do with a permission issue.

You need to configure in the Payplan component. Anyway, I am not familiar with this 3rd party extension, thus sorry for not going into further details.

Please check rules in the Payplan component setting. If I remembered correctly, I did add a rule accesss to allow Register User to access that link.

i dont think it payplans because i dont get a permssion error I get a redirect, i dont think the plugin search works for component.

I would like to clarify a little bit a gain:
– The Issue related to post Job form is caused from Payplan component. You must enable subscription to active status in the Payplan Subscription for Employer.
– The issue related to Search Job form: due to the missing Itemid in this form, home menu will be activated which means it will return to home page, meanwhile homepage always hide the component (this is defined by the template layout). So, you need to add Itemid into this form to get this issue resolved.
