Hi,

I have JA COmment installed – v 1.0.7

I get the following error in the admin dashboard – In order to be download updates and receive support, you need to provide valid license information.
Please login to your Member Area to get your License Information.

I have a valide extention club invoice id inputted,

What do I do?

Hi

The message above is not error message, just provide more info for user.

Further, I would like to notify that the way to activate JA Comment license key on your site has been changed already. Paymentid and registered email are used to get JA Comment activated.

Please refer to our guide via http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Comment/Installation_Guides#Activating_the_component for more info and get back to us with url, admin account info if you still fail.

Download again and reinstall the Component. You would be a happy man, I can assure you. :laugh:
