Hello,

I’m not sure if this is a ‘bug’ in the template or the way extensions are written for 3.3.1, but if I have a component, module or extension which has a ‘lightbox’ or ‘modal’ effect, all I get is a blank screen when I click on the image.

I have built a few sites using Purity III, with different extensions (SCLogin is one) etc. and all have the same problem.

If you goto to ‘Contact Me’ and scroll to the bottom of the page, you will find “Art Universal Lightbox”, click any of the thumbnails to see the problem. I’ve tried it in IE, Firefox and Chrome, the result is the same…. 🙁

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Steve,

Did you try to check this ‘Art Lightbox’ module in a standard template of Joomla like Beez/Protostar?

Or please try to disable all other 3rd party plugins in this contact page and see how it goes.
