Dear JA Team

I’m using JA News Featured on a J! 2.5 / K2 environment with JA Teline IV. Now, everything works fine so far, but I can’t limit intro text of normal frontpage articles. For featured articles, it works fine …

What I’ve tried:

– Empty value in parameter “Max Chars of normal frontpage article”
– Set value in parameter “Max Chars of normal frontpage article” to zero
– Inserted pagebreak

Nothing helps :((

Any hint ? It would be very helpful if I could limit by words instead of charachters.

Hello hengstler,

The title and description of parameter hints should have told you everything. The module can only limit the intro text by characters. It does not support to limit by words.
