Could you help me to add a line between right and main as same as user9 and user10 position?

Create a 1px x 1px image and upload it to the images folder of the template, then open this file here:

http://www.bsdvn.com/templates/ja_t3_blank/css/template.css

Add this here at the bottom of the file:

#ja-right {
background: url(../images/border.png) repeat-y 0 0;
}

Where the image is named border.png,so just make sure the image you create have the same name.
