I have this image in my Top Menu, and I need to link it to an external siite (Another webpage). I tried Special Page Blanc content but doesn’t let me change the link.

its a menu Item and seems the Default home as i can see the link is Homepage . Did u tried menu type as External url ?

Kindly use Menu type as external url then can add the external link in the Menu . Did u get how u can use it ?
