July 25, 2011 at 10:53 am #166670Main menu under link that says Support, there are three sub menu links. I changed the Europe link to say forum. It reflects that in the menu manager, but viewing the site it still says Europe. I cleared my cache and still not showing change.
Slideshow – Saved template pictures (right click save) and then saved my new slideshow pic over existing in media manager, however the two new ones do not show up even though labeled exactly the same. You can see the new pics in the media manager, but only black background where they should be on home page.
I am using 1.6

July 27, 2011 at 6:11 am #403247Hi,
When I checked the link you have given in the evening yesterday I could see Forum under Support menu on any page, so I suppose that is working fine.. Today I checked the site again to investigate the slideshow issue but I am getting 403 Forbidden error. Can you please check and tell me where can I check the working site for the slideshow issue. Also provide superadmin access of the site at http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Ticket/View/77453 so that I can check it properly.

July 28, 2011 at 8:50 am #403409Hi,
I checked the images and names arent correct. If you check the images in images/stories/slideshow folder, you will find sl-2_960_354.jpg and sl-3_960_354.jpg images are present but your slideshow is trying to find sl-2.jpg and sl-3.jpg files.. Correct the file names in slideshow folder and they will be displayed on the site..
February 16, 2012 at 10:22 am #438525Is it possible to change the Slideshow images name, like slide1.jpg, slide2.jpg,slide3.jpg ….????

February 17, 2012 at 5:32 am #438642Hi,
You can name your images whatever you want but when they are processed to display in the image size you define in the module, images with names like sl-3_960_354.jpg are created, which include the image size in the name and those will be displayed in the slideshow.. If you have any specific query regarding this, please start a new discussion and send me its link via PM.
Thanks!
