Hello, I will making my site live soon. It is for a choir and the users are really happy with Dravity which suits their style perfectly. 🙂

However they don’t like the blue Links which appear too dark against the Default colour scheme. How can I change this colour?

I tried changing the colour code on Line 65 of template.css (“Normal Links”) to #CCCCCC but it made no difference to the Links which remain stubbornly blue. Do I need to edit somewhere else?

Interestingly changing the colour code on Line 70 did work for the Hover colour.

    Thank you

    Hi Pauldev,

I wsa not quite sure what color you are talking about. The Dravity default I have is not blue. Either way, if you could give some more info about where to find one of the links you want changed, I’ll try to help.

Have you tried firebug with FF. It’s great for finding out where to make the changes you need to make.

    Hi Sunrise

Well Firebug certainly did the trick – what a brilliant tool. I really must read the developer forums more.

It turned out we were dealing with two different sorts of Link:

    – Links in articles were fixed by editing their colour in editor.css
    – Links in HTML modules were fixed by editing their colour in template.css

Many thanks for your excellent recommendation.
No more CSS headaches for me hopefully! 😀

Happy that I could be of help. I remember the first time I heard aobut it, and then learned to use some of the features. Things that use to take so long would take seconds.

    Enjoy your webwork.
