You should add a link to a specific page
If you want button to point for example to google then add http://www.google.com

That’s not what I mean, how to do a link to the specific module of the page, not top of the page, for example the link to the contact form module at the bottom of the page.

And one more example, you gave me before this link to the specific place of the page:

If you are trying to have a onepage layout then you should adopt another method enabling another ja acm header type module

Take a look HERE

You should change your header module type to style 8 type and add on each field your module id
