its due to the Joomla update .
Kindly apply this temp fix till new update of template .
go to Editing file "/tpls/blocks/header-3.php" in template "ja_jason".
find this code

                    <a href="<?php echo JURI::base(true) ?>" title="<?php echo strip_tags($sitename) ?>">

replace it with

    <a href="/index.php" title="<?php echo strip_tags($sitename) ?>">
