June 2, 2008 at 6:16 pm #129197Hello All,
I’m having trouble with linking to the category/blog option and linking to articles from modules. When ever a user clicks on the link/menu option they get this page.

404 – Component not found
You may not be able to visit this page because of:
. an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
. a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
. a mistyped address
. you have no access to this page
. The requested resource was not found.
. An error has occurred while processing your request.
Please try one of the following pages:. Home Page
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site.
Component not found
Or they get tthis page with “no styles”.

Thanks for helping. It was because of Search Engine Friendly URLs was ON.
I do want to use Search Engine Friendly URLs though. Any ideas on how to correct the problem so I can use Search Engine Friendly URLs with this template?
Thanks,

June 16, 2008 at 2:27 am #253807Hi all.
With quickstart, you have that problem, but if you create news menu, you will not have that error.
You can wait new version of quickstart, or try to create new menu as you want
