Hi
In Joomla if an article or category does not associate to a menu item it open on the same page .
Like this page : http://www.portorokisdachurch.org/index.php/92-departments/143-sabbath-school-team
The category departments does not associate to any menu so link open on same page .
Create a category blog menu department and add this category in that menu so it open on its own menu page .
Or if you want to do this only for one article create a single article menu and select 143-sabbath-school-team article in it .
