Hello to you all

I am having an issue with the Linked Titles in Global configuration. At first Linked Titles was saved to Yes and then I didn’t like it because it added a line under the link items and even the banner that I added as a module. Now, I tried to change it to NO and it’s still showing Linked Titles. May someone help me with this issue. Thanks for all the help.

What template are you using? Then move this question into that forum.
